That’s impossible at scale, but it's the best plan we can collectively stand behind, shaped through collaboration and compromise. Principles are the guardrails
They're the rules we agree not to break. They define who we are and what we strive to be. Without any principles, we're living in the wild west where anything goes, double standards rule and fairness is non-existent. Sound like any place you know?
When a rule is established as being so foundational that that no one is allowed to break it, it stops being treated like a soft rule. It becomes a real limit that everyone is expected to follow. It becomes a principle.
